Festive Networking with GrowBiz
GrowBiz is hosting a festive in-person Women’s Enterprise Network (WEN) event on the evening of Thursday, 7 December for the Cairngorms area.
Designed for women starting or running a business—or for those who are just thinking about it—this event is an informal opportunity to connect with fellow business owners in a relaxed environment, to reflect on 2023 and to share ideas and plans for the future.
The Cairngorms WEN event will be held at The Speyside Hotel, Grantown-on-Spey. The ticket cost of £17.50 will contribute towards a welcome mocktail on arrival, two course festive meal and coffee or tea.
GrowBiz CEO, Jackie Brierton, says: “At a season when employed people can look forward to office parties, we want to ensure that women who are self-employed or running their own businesses also have an opportunity to celebrate their achievements this year.
“Our WEN events are always inspiring, motivating and positive occasions, with plenty of opportunities for mingling and enjoying meaningful conversations.”
An additional WEN event will be held in Perth & Kinross on the same evening, so that individuals in the Perth area also have an opportunity to benefit from the support and networking that will be available.
Jackie continues: “Having the event in two different locations in rural Scotland proved a great success in 2022, so we are pleased to be able to provide similar location options again this year. Hopefully as many women as possible will come along and enjoy some good food and good company.”
