Cashflow Management

During this session we’ll help you to figure out the ins and outs of working with a cashflow and how it can help you manage your projected income and expenditure over a given period of time.

This is a critical area for most small businesses. Knowing your numbers can really help you to plan how your business runs and grows.

We’ll look at a variety of things that can help you such as:

  • Tracking income and expenditure

  • Understanding your spending

  • Understanding the effect of payment terms

  • Planning ahead and contingency

This session will be led by GrowBiz Enterprise Facilitators Karen Martin and Ang Laurie. Karen runs her own hospitality business and is also Chair of the Grantown Business Association. Ang has experience within a local Community Action Planning framework and works on our SEED project which offers tailored support for young entrepreneurs and self-employed people in Perth and Kinross.

February and March learning sessions are supported through the Scottish Government’s Pathways Pre-Start Fund.
