Our member of the month feature for the Perth & Kinross Social Enterprise Group is back! Meet Tayside Upcycling & Craft Centre (or TUCC), a shining example of creativity and community spirit.
Based on the A90 between Dundee and Perth, TUCC transform unwanted and discarded materials into beautiful hand-crafted pieces, proving that with imagination and care, nothing needs to go to waste. Every year they save tonnes of items from going to landfill, giving furniture and materials a brand new life while inspiring others to think differently about what they throw away.
Their well-stocked shop is a treasure trove for upcyclers, filled with paint, brushes and tools, and everything you’ll need for your next creative project. They’re also about more than upcycling—they bring people together, offering workshops, skills training, and a warm welcoming space where everyone can learn, share ideas and build their confidence.
