With a passion for health and wellness, a Bsc in Public Health & Wellbeing and with experience spanning more than 15 years, Carys Hughes founded Nature Connects CIC to offer everyone the opportunity to benefit from spending time in nature.
She runs regular forest bathing, foraging, mindfulness sessions and tree babies classes, to name but a few!
