Develop Your Selling Mindset

Sales is arguably the least enjoyed and least practiced skill required to run a successful business, yet it's critical. No customers = no business.

In this learning session we are going to stretch your comfort zone and help you to become more comfortable talking to your customers with a view to making a sale. We'll look at how you move to talking about value and outcomes and learn why it's important to understand the journey your customer takes before making  a purchase with you.

In addition, we will talk about what the best channels might be to sell your products or services and we'll look at some ideas about how you can pre-sell by creating compelling marketing content.

Join this session and you’ll learn to:

  • feel better talking to your customers about value

  • be able to recognise opportunities and the important thing for your customer

  • focus on building client relationships

  • feel comfortable about the idea of selling

  • know what channels to use to help you make a sale

  • create compelling pre-sales marketing content.

When you understand and feel comfortable with the idea of selling then you’ll be able to increase your sales, shorten the decision making time frame and have better customer retention and engagement as a result.

This learning session will be led Andy Lambert, Growth Strategist from Highland Clarity, based in Oban.
