Women's Enterprise Network - Blairgowrie

Thursday 10th January 2019, 6pm - 8.30pm

The Dome, 14-20 Leslie Street, Blairgowrie, PH10 6AH

The network is designed to support women starting, running or growing a business in rural Perthshire or even for those who are thinking about it. It's a free event and will start with a light buffet, followed by an informal chance to meet other like-minded women, meet some of the GrowBiz team and hear from our inspirational speaker, Donna Murray-Trail.

Donna is a GrowBiz enterprise facilitator for the Creative Care Project and co-ordinator of the Care & Wellbeing Co-op which was set up to find creative and innovative solutions to the sometimes difficult problems of finding the right care and support in rural Perthshire. Donna says “I consider it a privilege to have worked in a variety of care settings for the last 25 years in Scotland and overseas: from working with people with learning and physical disabilities to promoting disability equality in education and challenging the stigma around mental health. Throughout this time, I have cared for disabled family members reminding me daily of the gifts and challenges of giving care and promoting wellbeing."

If you have any access requirements please email carol@growbiz.co.uk. Special dietary requirements should be advised when you register on Eventbrite.

Please contact Merle on  07920 023797 should you need any help finding the event venue.

Although the event is free, booking is essential.
