21st November is Social Enterprise Day in the UK and is part of Global Entrepreneurship week.
Firstport is Scotland's development agency for start up social entrepreneurs and social enterprises. They provide business support, funding and resources to help you start a social enterprise in Scotland.
You can apply for their "Start it" funding if you have an idea for a social enterprise and need help getting it off the ground.
