Perthshire Artisans is a curated platform providing a marketing/selling/fulfilment portal for local creatives, makers and artists.
The site will provide a range of services – from simply providing an additional promotional avenue to a full e-commerce and fulfilment service for creatives who want to outsource their marketing and distribution functions. A key component will be its story-telling and focus on provenance.
An initial pilot project featuring 10 artisans will be launched in 2020.

Invitations to apply to be part of the pilot programme will be sent out on Friday 24th January with closing date Friday 31st January at 12 noon. The application will include a written application form and we’ll also ask you to send in a short video (no more than 5 mins) supporting the application. This can be shot using your mobile phone and we’ll provide a video, handout and telephone support to produce this if required.
Successful applicants for the initial pilot of 10 artisans will be contacted week commencing 3rd February. For this partially-funded pilot we will be providing professional photography and videography services and gathering further information on your products and services during weeks commencing 10th and 17th February.
If these dates are likely to be an issue please advise us at time of application.
The platform is scheduled to go live in early March.
