The Peacock and the Tortoise Looking for New Owner
The Peacock and the Tortoise, a popular shop in Perth's city centre, is looking for a new owner. Current owner Trudy is retiring after 10 happy years helping people find the fabrics, haberdashery and craft kits that they need for their projects. The shop celebrates its tenth birthday this March and in that time a whole community of crafters has formed around the business and helped it to be the success it is today. There's space for workshops, too, where hundreds of people have learned new skills in sewing and quilting.
There is so much potential with The Peacock and the Tortoise and the team hope to find just the right buyer to fulfil it. They don't have to be an expert quilter, just someone who's passionate about great fabrics and crafting. If you’re interested in running your own little fabric and quilting shop please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
