As part of the Government’s Rural Gigabit Connectivity programme, businesses and residents in some of the hardest-to-reach places in the UK are eligible for additional funding by way of Rural Gigabit Vouchers,  towards the cost of installing gigabit-capable broadband to their premises when part of a group project. 

Funding boost for STEM teaching in Scotland

New Education Scotland funding is now available to boost the confidence and skills of Scotland’s educational practitioners in delivering inspirational teaching in STEM

"Wee Grants for Wee Groups" from The Robertson Trust

Are you a constituted community group or small registered charity? Are you looking for funding of £500-£2,000 to support your work? This new pilot Wee Grants for Wee Groups will be open to organisations with an annual income of up to £100,000.

Digital Start Fund to develop your skills

People who are out of work and those on low incomes will be able to develop skills in software development and cyber security thanks to a new £1 million Digital Start Fund

Digital Development Loans available

If you want to improve your digital capabilities and processes in areas such as cyber security, data analytics, software engineering and digital skills development, the Scottish Government provides interest free digital development loans to help small to medium enterprises.
