The GrowBiz Mentoring Programme offers clients an opportunity to be partnered with a trained GrowBiz Mentor who has volunteered their time to support another local business or individual.  

Through the programme, mentees can raise their business horizons, explore new possibilities, create focused strategies and develop self-awareness and confidence.

Our mentors are all volunteers with invaluable business expertise and all benefit from specially designed training sessions.  Our programme was the first business mentoring programme in Scotland to achieve the Scottish Mentoring Network Quality Standard.

We are currently recruiting mentors to:

  • give something back by using your experience

  • help others in business to develop

  • challenge concepts

What's involved

Once you have submitted your mentor application, we will invite you to attend a short meeting with the GrowBiz Mentor Team.  The meeting will last up to one hour and will be held at our office in Coupar Angus.  Following a successful meeting, we will invite you to participate in Mentor Training.  

The matching process will take place following the training.  

Our Mentors receive:

  • Two initial training sessions

  • A handbook and toolkit

  • Follow up support throughout the mentoring relationship

  • Ongoing training and development
