Develop a New Selling Mindset for your Business, Cairngorms, Online
Time & Location
About the Event
Do you get anxious about talking about money with a new customer? How do you feel about quoting for an existing client who wants to buy from you again? And when is the right time to have a conversation about what you charge for your product or service?
Getting comfortable about your pricing and the journey the customer takes before making a purchase with you is really important to understand.
During this learning session led by GrowBiz Enterprise Facilitator Andy Lambert, who is also a Business Coach and Growth Strategist, you’ll learn to:
- feel better talking to your customers about pricing
- be able to recognise opportunities or cues that pricing might not be the most important thing for your customer
- focus more on building client relationships
- feel comfortable about the idea of selling
When you understand and feel comfortable with the selling process then it’s likely that you’ll leverage your sales and have better customer retention and engagement.
Priority will be given to participants based in the Cairngorms National Park. If you live outside the geographical area and book a ticket then you may be placed on a waiting list until there is availability for you.
This session will take place on Zoom, as an online session. Once you have booked you will receive an email reminder 2 days before with the joining instructions. Another reminder will go out 2 hours before the session and again 15 minutes before.
This Zoom session will not be recorded. These are friendly and informal meetings and we’d encourage you to get involved and if possible switch on your camera and microphone so that you can interact with the other attendees.
Please contact email@example.com if you need help with using Zoom.
