Nest Creative Spaces CIC

Our December ‘Member of the Month’ for the Perth & Kinross Social Enterprise Group, facilitated by GrowBiz, is Nest creative spaces. Nest is a creative community hub based in the Wellmeadow in the centre of Blairgowrie.

Nest is committed to improving wellbeing and reducing loneliness through crafts, all while keeping perfectly good, reusable material out of landfill.

Being set up as a social enterprise means that all profits go towards funding craft activities. They sell donated materials in their Reuse Remnants shop and are Frenchic chalk paint stockists, and showcase local makers in their Gift Shop.

Hosting a weekly Crafty Café, Wellbeing Workshops and various craft events, Nest is a relaxing hub where folk can drop in to learn new skills, socialise and leave in a better mood than when they walked in the door.

How can you help? Volunteer your time or hand in any materials that you think they could use.
